Studio policy
LESSONS
Lessons are ongoing and taught weekly, according to the South Australia school term dates. Upon enrolment, a minimum of one term's commitment is required. There are no lessons during school holidays or on public holidays unless otherwise arranged.
Casual week to week lessons are also available. Please enquire.
PAYMENT
Payment (internet banking) for the full term is required on or before the second lesson of the term. Payment is non refundable and non negotiable. Late payment may incur an additional $20 fee on your next invoice. Students with planned absences will not be charged if the studio is notified of the dates before the start of the term.
CANCELLATION
Cancelled/missed lessons by the student will not be refunded, rescheduled or made up. If the teacher is unable to teach at the arranged day and time, every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson at the student's convenience. If no mutually agreeable time can be arranged, the lesson will be credited to the following term.
DISCONTINUATION
Should a student wish to terminate lessons during the school term, a refund for the remaining lessons will not be given. Lessons are non transferable. A term's notice is required for the termination of lessons.
